Our 2010 Winners

The Middle/High School winner is Joseph Hughes for his entry “The Birthday Surprise”.

For the College/adult category, the winner is Carl DeFilippo & Jeremy Olstyn for the entry “Ménage Detroit”.

Our 2009 Winners

Our 2009 criteria included a palm being used, a map of Michigan, and inclusion of at least one of Michigan's state symbols.

2010 Categories and Guidelines ...

Entrants competed in either the adult or student category for a chance at winning the top prize of $500.00!

Each entry had to be under 10 minutes and include the following three elements:

• A palm used as a map of Michigan to show a location
• A reference to the upper peninsula of Michigan
• A reference to a locally-owned business
